1101 Policies

Realtor Policies:
1101 Eighteenth welcomes and encourages the participation of the Nashville real estate brokerage community. The 1101 Eighteenth Sales Team recognizes the importance of a buyer’s representative and the value they provide during the home purchase process.

In order to be considered the buyer’s sales agent (or procuring broker) during the purchase process, the broker or broker’s sales agent must either: (i) be present at the initial sales presentation with the buyer, or (ii) if the buyer contacts a member of the 1101 Eighteenth Sales Team directly, the broker or broker’s sales agent must be named as the sales agent representing the buyer. A separate brokerage and compensation agreement will be signed by all parties at the time of the contract’s inception.
